The greatest asset of HEFEL Textil GmbH is its loyal, flexible, imaginative and highly qualified workforce.

A large number of our employees have already worked for the company for over 10 years. Many have already celebrated 15, 20, 25 and 30 years of company service and the current record stands at an amazing 46 years of service. Even our retired employees remain interested in what is happening in the firm. Regular pensioner meetings are held in which they are fully informed about development of the company.

Every day our employees demonstrate their flexibility by coming up with unconventional solutions. Our employees are very imaginative people and are not easily satisfied. This explains our enormous innovative activity.
